What we collect

If you make a purchase we collect the following information:

What we do with the information we gather

Customer information is used solely for the purpose of making sure that we send your order to you, and making sure that it reaches the right person. We collect your contact information so that we can confirm that your order has been received and let you know when it has been dispatched.

This information is not used for any other purpose and is never shared with any other party under any circumstances.

You will only be signed up for our newsletter either if you specifically sign up for it, or if you leave the “Subscribe to our newsletter” box ticked if you place an order. The information supplied to us in this circumstances is used purely for sending you information through the newsletter, and for no other purpose. Again, your information is never shared with any other party under any circumstances.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Once you have unsubscribed your information is removed entirely from our database.

Security

This website uses secure SSL technology. On the address bar you will see that there is a padlock symbol and if you are using Chrome you will see the word “Secure” to indicate this.  Customer information is stored on the secure server. Any customer information gathered on our previous website (prior to 1st March 2017), which did not have the same level of security, has been deleted.

All payments are handled securely through Paypal. If you pay by debit or credit card we do not have access to this information.

Our newsletters are handled through Mailchimp and subscriber information is stored on their secure servers.

How we use cookies
