Winter Wreath Mini Kantha Kit

Description

This Winter Wreath Mini Kit contains all the threads, fabrics and instructions to stitch up an image of a hare within a winter wreath. Due to the nature of kantha you have to trace the full size pattern onto the white cotton fabric before starting to stitch. The kit is stitched onto a Makower white fabric, and under this is two layers of cotton muslin. Kantha is stitched onto three layers of fabric which helps the stitches to sit nicely and it helps you to hide threads when finishing off. You will just use a running stitch to complete this kit. The nature of kantha is that there is no set stitch size but the more you do it the more your stitches become even. It also means that this kit is suitable for a wide variety of stitch abilities.

Finished size is 13xm x 11cm.
